Request a registrar to attend a civil ceremony at an approved venue

If you decide to have your civil ceremony at one of our approved venues, you will need to book a registrar to attend.  Use this form to provide your details and confirm preferred booking date & time.

All our ceremonies are booked on the hour from 10 am.  

Monday to Saturday 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00, 14:00, 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00

Sunday 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 13:00

The registrars' attendance fees are:

• Monday to Thursday from 10 am to 4 pm, £767.50
• Monday to Thursday after 5 pm, £1022.50
• Friday or Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm, £924.50
• Friday or Saturday after 5 pm, £1122.50
• Sunday or Bank Holiday from 10 am to 1 pm, £982.50

Bookings are subject to availability and are secured only when full payment is received. The same dates may be requested by other couples, and we work on a first come first serve basis when securing dates. All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
